  1. 1) For number under portability select correct provider, so please check before you proceed for Transaction.

  2. 2)We send a recharge request to mobile operator for the amount entered by the customer. Customers have to check with the mobile operator for increase in talk-time limit and validity period on the recharge amount.

  3. 3)For any complaints regarding successful recharge, kindly raise a complain from the system.

  4. 4)Wrong recharge cannot be refunded.

  5. 5)If the recharge is failed then the amount is auto refunded immediately in the panel.
